Isola USA Corp. -- Moody's downgrades Isola USA Corp. to Caa2, outlook negative

New York, October 07, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") downgraded Isola USA Corp.'s ("Isola") Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to Caa2 from B3 and downgraded the Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to Caa2-PD from B3-PD, reflecting Moody's expectations of continuing softness in the company's operating performance over the next year as well the growing risk that Isola's overall debt structure may be unsustainable. Concurrently, Moody's downgraded the ratings on Isola's senior secured term loan to B3 from B2. The rating outlook was changed to negative from stable.
