International Financial Club -- Moody's downgrades deposit ratings of International Financial Club to B3; outlook negative

London, 05 November 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the long-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings of International Financial Club to B3 from B2. The bank's short-term local-currency and foreign-currency deposit ratings were affirmed at Not-Prime. Concurrently, Moody's downgraded International Financial Club's baseline credit assessment (BCA) and adjusted BCA to b3 from b2. Moody's has also downgraded International Financial Club's long-term Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment) to B2(cr) from B1(cr) and affirmed the bank's short-term CR Assessment of Not-Prime(cr). The outlook on the bank's long-term deposit ratings is negative.
