Innovia Group (Finance) plc -- Moody's places Innovia's ratings under review for upgrade following acquisition announcement
London, 22 December 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today placed on review for upgrade the B1 corporate family rating (CFR) and B1-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of Innovia Group (Holding 3) Ltd (Innovia), a leading producer of polymer film for industrial applications and banknotes. Concurrently, Moody's has also placed the B2 rating of the senior secured notes issued by Innovia Group (Finance) plc under review for upgrade.
