London, 29 April 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service today has upgraded Iglo Foods Finco Limited's (Iglo Foods, or the company) corporate family rating (CFR) to B1 from B2. Concurrently, Moody's has also upgraded the probability of default rating (PDR) to B1-PD from B2-PD, the ratings on the senior secured term loans and revolving credit facility (RCF) at Iglo Foods Midco Limited to B1 from B2, and the ratings on the senior secured notes at Iglo Foods BondCo PLC to B1 from B2. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
