London, 19 January 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a (P)B2 rating to the EUR160 million of new senior secured fixed rate notes due 2019 issued by Hydra Dutch Holdings 2 B.V., the parent holding company of Eden Springs. Concurrently, Moody's changed to negative from stable the outlook on the B2 corporate family rating (CFR), B1-PD probability of default rating (PDR) and the B2 rating on the existing EUR210 million senior secured Floating Rate Notes (FRNs) due 2019, and affirmed these ratings.
