London, 13 November 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed the Baa1 senior unsecured debt rating of Hutchison Ports (UK) Finance Plc, a borrower for Hutchison Ports (UK) Limited (HPUK) group companies. The company's GBP325 million senior unsecured bonds due in December 2015 are unconditionally guaranteed by HPUK and Hutchison Ports Holdings Limited, an intermediate holding company 80% owned by Hutchison Whampoa Limited (HWL). The outlook on the rating is stable.
