New York, June 19, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service upgraded Huntington National Bank's long-term deposit rating to Aa3 from A1 and confirmed the bank's senior unsecured debt and issuer ratings at A3. This action concludes the review that began on 17 March 2015. All other ratings for Huntington National Bank and its holding company, Huntington Bancshares Incorporated, as well as for its other rated subsidiaries, remain unchanged, including the bank's a3 baseline credit assessment (BCA). The outlook is stable.
