New York, December 20, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the A2 rating of the City of Hastings, Nebraska 's (Hastings) approximately $29.9 million of Electric System Revenue Bonds outstanding including its $6.5 million Series 2005 bonds and its $23.5 million Series 2011 bonds. The outlook remains stable.
