Hapag-Lloyd AG -- Moody's stabilises outlook on Hapag-Lloyd's B2 rating

London, 20 July 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to stable from positive the outlook on the B2 corporate family rating (CFR), B2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) and Caa1 senior unsecured bond ratings of Hapag-Lloyd AG, Germany's largest container liner shipping company. At the same time, Moody's affirmed all the ratings.
