Frankfurt am Main, July 15, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded to Ba2 the Corporate Family Rating, and the Ba2-PD Probability of Default Rating (PDR) of Grifols S.A. ("Grifols" or "the company") and to Ba1 the senior secured ratings (issued by Grifols S.A.) and B1 senior unsecured rating (issued by Giant Funding Corp. ) of its bank and bond instruments respectively. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
