Gemdale Corporation -- Moody's: Gemdale's 1H 2014 results weak but within expectations
Hong Kong, August 21, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that while Gemdale Corporation's weak 1H 2014 results are credit negative, the results have no immediate impact on the company's Ba1 corporate family rating, because Moody's had anticipated the weak performance, when Gemdale's rating outlook was revised to negative from stable in May 2014.
