Mexico, February 06, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed provisional ratings previously assigned to Fondo BBVA Bancomer Deuda 6, S.A. de C.V., Sociedad de Inversión en Instrumentos de Deuda (DIVERCP, previously BMERP90) a bond fund managed by BBVA Bancomer Gestión, S.A. de C.V., Sociedad Operadora de Fondos de Inversión. The rating actions follow the finalization of the fund's investment objectives and strategies as well as ticker symbol upon its launch and receipt of approval from the Mexican authority, Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV).
