Empark Funding S.A. -- Moody's affirms Empark's B1 ratings; stable outlook
London, 29 May 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today affirmed the B1 senior secured rating on the notes issued by Empark Funding S.A., a financing conduit of Empark Aparcamientos y Servicios S.A. (Empark). Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the B1 corporate family rating (CFR) of Empark and the Ba3-PD probability of default rating (PDR). The outlook on the ratings is stable.
