New York, February 09, 2015 -- Due to an internal administrative error, Moody's inadvertently placed the rating of the Town of East Fishkill (NY), Public Improvement (Serial) Bonds, 2003, Public Improvement (Serial) Bonds, 2005, Public Improvement (Serial) Bonds, 2008, Public Improvement (Serial) Bonds, Series 2009 B, Public Improvement (Serial) Bonds, Series 2009 C, Public Improvement (Serial) Bonds, 2011 and Public Improvement (Serial) Bonds, Series 2011 B on review with direction uncertain on December 22, 2014. The Aa2 rating on these obligations is not on review.
