Dyckerhoff AG -- Moody's downgrades Dyckerhoff's rating to Ba1, withdraws all ratings

Frankfurt am Main, November 27, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the long term issuer rating of Dyckerhoff AG to Ba1 and the short term rating to NP (Non-Prime). The outlook on all ratings is negative. Concurrently Moody's will withdraw all ratings of Dyckerhoff for its own business reasons.
