DTEK Finance Plc -- Moody's confirms DTEK's Caa1 ratings; negative outlook

London, 04 February 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today confirmed the Caa1 corporate family rating (CFR) and the Caa1-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of DTEK Holdings B.V. (DTEK). Moody's has also confirmed the Caa1 senior unsecured bond ratings of DTEK Finance B.V. and DTEK Finance Plc, fully owned finance subsidiaries of DTEK. Concurrently, the rating agency assigned a negative outlook to all the ratings.
