Distribuidora De Gas Cuyana S.A. -- Moody's downgrades Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana's national scale rating to Baa2.ar; outlook changed to negative
Buenos Aires City, September 25, 2015 -- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. (Moody's) downgraded Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana S.A.'s (DGCU) national scale rating to Baa2.ar from Baa1.ar and affirmed Caa1 global scale corporate family rating. Moody's also changed to negative from stable the rating outlook, and downgraded DGCU's stock ratings to Level 4 from Level 3.
