London, 23 November 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a B1 corporate family rating to Compass Midco Limited ("Parkdean Resorts"). Concurrently, Moody's has assigned a B1 senior secured rating to the senior secured facilities of Compass Holdco 2 Limited. The facilities include GBP530 million senior secured Term Loan B due 2022 and GBP40 million revolving credit facility due 2021. Further, Moody's assigned a probability of default rating (PDR) of B2-PD. The outlook for all ratings is stable.
