Circle -- Moody's affirms Circle's A2 rating and negative outlook
London, 25 November 2016 -- Moody's Public Sector Europe ("MPSE") has today affirmed Circle's A2 long-term Issuer rating. It has also affirmed the A2 and (P)A2 long-term senior secured ratings of Circle Anglia Housing Plc and the A2 long-term senior secured ratings of Circle Anglia Housing 2 Plc. The outlook on all ratings remain negative.
