CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. -- Moody's: Community's accounts receivable charge is credit negative, no change to B1 CFR or negative outlook
New York, February 16, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service commented that CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. announcement that it has recognized a $169 million charge related to a change in estimate in accounting for the provision for bad debt is credit negative. However, there is no change to Community's ratings, including its B1 Corporate Family Rating or B1-PD Probability of Default Rating. The rating outlook remains negative.
