New York, March 13, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, at the request of Catholic Health Initiatives, has reviewed the proposed amendments dated as of March 13, 2015 (the Amendments) to the Standby Bond Purchase Agreements provided by U.S. Bank, NA for (i) Series 2000B, (ii) Series 2002B, (iii) Series 2004B-2 and (iv) Series 2008C-2. The Amendments, which (i) amend certain definitions and (ii) extends the Stated Expiration Date for Series 2004B-2 and Series 2008C-2 to June 30, 2015, will not have an adverse effect on the credit quality of the bonds and therefore will not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in reduction or withdrawal of Moody's ratings. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendments could have other, non credit-related effects.
