Mexico, July 24, 2014 -- Moody's de Mexico upgraded the Global Scale ratings (local currency) of 116 enhanced loans out of a total portfolio of 120 loans. National Scale ratings on 108 enhanced loans were also upgraded. The rating actions follow the adoption of the proposed changes to the Enhanced Municipal and State Loans in Mexico rating methodology, as described in "Enhanced Municipal and State Loans in Mexico"(refer to https://www.moodys.com/researchdocumentcontentpage.aspx?docid=PBC_172119).
