New York, May 09, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service downgraded Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, Inc.'s ("Brand") corporate family rating to B3 from B2. The downgrade reflects the deterioration in Brand's operating results and credit metrics, the impact of the downturn in the oil & gas market, and the expectation that the company's credit profile will remain weak over the next 12 to 18 months. The rating outlook was changed to negative from stable.
