Boyd Gaming Corporation -- Moody's assigns B3 to Boyd Gaming's proposed $750 million senior notes due 2023

New York, May 07, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service today assigns a B3 to Boyd Gaming Corporation's (Boyd) proposed $750 million senior notes due 2023. Proceeds from the new note offering will be used to refinance the company's $500 million 9.125% senior notes due 2018 and repay revolver amounts outstanding.
