BlueScope Steel Ltd. -- Moody's upgrades BlueScope Steel's ratings to Ba1; outlook stable

Sydney, November 29, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has upgraded the corporate family rating of BlueScope Steel Ltd. to Ba1 from Ba2. Moody's has also upgraded the rating on the senior unsecured notes issued by BlueScope's wholly owned and guaranteed subsidiary, BlueScope Steel (Finance) Limited, to Ba1 from Ba2. The ratings outlook is stable.
