Block Financial LLC -- Moody's rates Block senior unsecured notes at Baa3
New York, September 25, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned a Baa3 rating to Block Financial LLC's (a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly-traded H&R Block, Inc., "Block") proposed senior unsecured notes. The net proceeds of the note offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including share repurchases.
