Basic Energy Services, Inc. -- Rating Action: Moody's downgrades Basic Energy's CFR to Caa3
New York, March 10, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) downgraded Basic Energy Services, Inc.'s (Basic) Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to Caa3 from Caa1, its senior unsecured notes rating to Ca from Caa2, and lowered its Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating to SGL-4 from SGL-3. The outlook remains negative.
