Banco Indusval S.A. (BI&P) -- Moody's affirms Banco Indusval's ratings; changes outlook to negative

Sao Paulo, July 04, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed all its ratings for Banco Indusval S.A. (BI&P) and changed the outlook to negative from stable. The following ratings were affirmed: the D- bank financial strength rating (BFSR); the Ba3 and Not Prime long and short-term global local and foreign currency deposit ratings, as well as the A2.br and BR-2 Brazilian national scale deposit ratings, long and short term, respectively.
