Banca Italease S.p.A. -- Moody's upgrades Banca Italease SpA's ratings to Ba3 with positive outlook
London, 29 April 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded Banca Italease S.p.A's (Italease) long-term senior debt and deposit rating to Ba3 from B2, and the bank financial strength rating (BFSR) to E+, equivalent to a baseline credit assessment (BCA) of b3 from E/caa3. The outlook is positive on all the long-term ratings and the BFSR.
