New York, August 13, 2014 -- Moody's is correcting the outlook on bonds issued by the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners to stable. Due to an internal administrative error, the Board's outlook was not revised to stable on July 19, 2013, when this action was taken on the State of Maryland as a result of the State's indirect exposure to the United States government. The US government's outlook was revised to stable on July 18, 2013.
