Atlas Resource Escrow Corporation -- Moody's downgrades Atlas to Ca; outlook remains negative
New York, May 20, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") downgraded Atlas Energy Holdings Operating Company, LLC (Atlas) Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to Ca from Caa1, its Probability of Default Rating to Ca-PD from Caa1-PD, and its senior unsecured notes rating to C from Caa3. At the same time, Moody's affirmed Atlas's SGL-4 Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating. The rating outlook remains negative.
