American Renal Holdings, Inc. -- Moody's upgrades American Renal's CFR to B2 from B3; outlook stable
New York, December 19, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service upgraded American Renal Holdings, Inc.'s ("American Renal") Corporate Family and Probability of Default Ratings to B2 from B3. Concurrently, Moody's also upgraded American Renal's senior secured revolving credit facility to Ba3 from B1, its senior secured notes to B1 from B2, and its senior PIK toggle notes to Caa1 from Caa2. The rating outlook is stable.
