America Movil, B.V. -- Moody's affirms America Movil's and Telmex's ratings; outlook changed to negative

New York, April 01, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") affirmed the global scale A2 senior unsecured ratings of America Movil, S.A.B. de C.V., and the A2 backed senior unsecured global scale ratings of its subsidiary, Telefonos de Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. The outlook on the ratings of America Movil and Telmex was changed to negative from stable.
