Sao Paulo, June 27, 2014 -- Moody's commented today that the move by Brazil'sSUDAN agency, which oversees and regulates development in the Amazon region, is credit positive for ALL -- America Latina Logística S.A. (ALL; Ba3/A3.br -- stable), as it contributes to the profitability of the consolidated company, ensuring well into the future a 75% reduction in income taxes on its subsidiary Malha Norte's profits roughly equal to 25% of its earnings before taxes.
