Sydney, September 23, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded Alcoa of Australia Ltd (AoA)'s rating to Baa3 from Baa2 and placed it on review for downgrade. The rating action follows Moody's first-time assignment of a Ba3 corporate family rating with a stable outlook to Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V. on 20 September 2016.
