Sao Paulo, July 01, 2016 -- Moody's América Latina Ltda has affirmed Agência de Fomento do Paraná S.A.'s (Fomento Paraná) Ba3 long-term global local currency issuer rating and changed the outlook on the rating to negative, from stable. The entity's short-term global local currency issuer rating of Not Prime, Brazilian national scale issuer ratings of A1.br and BR-1, long- and short-term, respectively, and its ba3 baseline credit assessment (BCA) were not affected.
