New York, October 30, 2015 -- Moody's America Latina Ltda (Moody's) assigned a Baa3 rating on the global scale and a Aa1.br rating on Brazil's national scale to the senior unsecured amortizing BRL 450 million debentures to be issued by AES Tiete S.A.(AES Tiete) in up to three tranches with maturities of up to 5 years. Moody´s understands that the issuance could increase to up to BRL 157 million subject to the book building process.
