Rating action affects approximately US $550 million of debt outstandingMexico, December 20, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the Ba3 rating of the US $550 million senior notes issued by Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI, S.A. ("Aerodom"). The rating carries a stable outlook. The affirmation reflects our assessment of the credit impact of recent developments including the unresolved legal proceedings concerning Inmobiliaria Fumisa and the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) regarding the lease that expires December 31, 2013.
