Zenlayer Inc. Finalizes Asset Acquisition of C3 Networks

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Zenlayer Inc. ("Zenlayer"), a Delaware corporation, today announced that it has acquired majority of the assets of a global network and services provider C3 Networks Inc., a Delaware corporation ("C3 Networks"). The acquired C3 Networks resources and personnel will become a part of Zenlayer. As part of Zenlayer, former C3 Networks professionals will continue to focus on providing the WOW experience to the customers.

With the transaction, Zenlayer will aim to raise customer satisfaction and loyalty, expand market share, and power a better connected world.

The agreement of the transaction was finalized on December 18, 2017. Financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
