Zendesk Reveals Executives Resignations; Shares Fall

(RTTNews) - Shares of Zendesk Inc. (ZEN) declined in the extended session Friday after the software company announced the resignation of a pair of its executives. Zendesk shares declined 8.5% to $19.37 in the after hours trading

In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the company said that Amanda Kleha planned to resign as Senior Vice President, Go to Market Strategy, effective as of Dec. 30.

Additionally, Marcus Bragg has notified the company of his intention to resign as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, would leave Dec. 7 to pursue an outside opportunity.

Jaimie Buss has agreed to join the Company as Vice President, Sales for the Americas region. Buss's employment will commence on Dec 5, the company added.
