Weight Watchers Raises FY18 Earnings Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Weight Watchers International, Inc. (WTW) raised its full year fiscal 2018 earnings guidance to between $3.10 and $3.25 per fully diluted share. Prior earnings guidance was between $3.00 and $3.20 per fully diluted share.

Earnings per fully diluted share in second-quarter of 2018 was $1.01 compared to $0.67 in the prior year period. Revenues were $409.7 million. On a constant currency basis, revenues increased 17.6% versus the prior year period. End of period subscribers were up 27.6% versus the prior year period, driven by growth in all major geographic markets.
