Weifa ASA: Summons to a bondholder meeting

Weifa ASA ("Company") has today summoned a bondholder meeting in the bond issue ISIN NO 001 0714470 - FRN Aqualis ASA Senior Secured Bond Issue 2014/2019 ("Bond Issue"). The bondholder meeting will be held on 7 April 2016 at 13:00 (Oslo time) at the premises of Nordic Trustee, Haakon VIIs gt 1, 0161 Oslo - 6th floor. 

The summons to the bondholder meeting is attached and has also been made available for bondholders through Stamdata and been posted on the Company's web page.

The purpose of the meeting is to propose certain amendments to the bond agreement to provide for early redemption of the bonds outstanding under the Bond Issue as further described in the attached summons. Bondholders representing approximately 67 % of the voting bonds in the Bond Issue have undertaken to vote in favour of the proposed amendments.
