Weifa ASA : Minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting - subscription of new shares

Please find attached the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting held in Oslo on 1 July 2016. All matters were resolved as proposed in the Notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting, including the reverse split of the shares and the increase in the share capital to facilitate the reverse split. Weifa ASA will revert with a new announcement regarding the time for completion of the reverse split.

With reference to item 4 in the minutes, Simen Nyberg-Hansen, CFO of Weifa ASA has subscribed 2 shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.30 per share. After the transaction (and pre reverse split), Simen Nyberg-Hansen holds 2 000 002 shares in Weifa ASA, representing 0.22% of total shares issued.
