Weifa ASA: Buyback of bonds
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 15 April 2016 by Weifa ASA.
As part of the early redemption of the bond issue Weifa ASA has today bought back NOK 166 million(price at 101.5% of par) of the bond Weifa ASA 14/19 FRN - ISIN
NO0010714470. Net outstanding in the market is NOK 234 million after the buyback. As set out in the stock exchange notice on 15 April 2016, settlement date for the redemption of the outstanding bonds will be 22 April 2016.
