Weifa ASA - Acquisition of Asan completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 17 December 2015 regarding the acquisition of the outstanding shares of Cederroth AS, the company that owns the leading intimate care brand Asan and its Swedish counterpart Sana. The transaction is approved by the Competition Authorities and completed today through the final settlement of the purchase consideration.
