(RTTNews) - Weatherford International Ltd. (WFT) reported first-quarter net loss attributable to company of $41 million or $0.05 per share, compared to net income of $22 million or $0.03 per share, prior year.

Non-GAAP net income for the latest first quarter was $99 million or $0.13 per share, down from $117 million, or $0.15 per share in the comparable quarter last year.
