    NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2005--Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE symbol "WTS") announced today that it has acquired Sea Tech, Inc. located in Wilmington, North Carolina in an asset purchase transaction.
    Sea Tech, which was established in 1995, provides cost effective solutions for fluidic connection needs. Sea Tech offers a wide range of standard and custom quick connect fittings, valves and manifolds and pex tubing designed to address specific customer requirements. Sea Tech has approximately $6 million in annual revenue.
    Watts Water Technologies' Chief Executive Officer, Patrick S. O'Keefe, commented, "We believe that the acquisition of Sea Tech provides us with the leading quick connect technology currently available in the market.
