Waterstone Announces Fourth Share Repurchase Program

(RTTNews) - Waterstone Financial Inc (WSBF) on Friday said its Board authorized a fourth stock repurchase program pursuant to which the company intends to purchase up to 1,500,000 of its issued and outstanding shares, representing about 5.1% of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock. The repurchase program will commence on or about September 8.
