Walker & Dunlop Hires Leading Washington D.C. Capital Markets Broker

Based out of the Company's headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, Mr. Butler is responsible for sourcing equity and debt for development projects and stabilized assets across all property types, with a focus in the Mid-Atlantic region. Throughout his career, Mr. Butler has arranged financing for commercial real estate transactions totaling over $10 billion.
