W.W. Clyde & Co. to Acquire Scott Contracting, Inc.

Clyde & Co., a Utah-based general contractor and civil construction company, announced today it has finalized a stock acquisition agreement with Denver area-based construction company, Scott Contracting, Inc. The acquisition will amplify both companies' ability to complete civil construction projects in the Colorado market.

Scott Contracting, Inc. specializes in construction management and general contracting of earthwork, utility projects, concrete structures, concrete paving, and other infrastructure projects for public and private sector customers.
